RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At EXODE , we attach great importance to reliable and efficient delivery in order to guarantee the best possible experience for our customers.
1. Printed-on-demand products
Since EXODE items are printed on demand, returns or refunds are not accepted when the error concerns a customer choice, such as size, color, or style. Customers are advised to carefully consult the size guides before confirming their order.
2. Order cancellation and modification
Any request for modification or cancellation must be made as soon as possible after placing the order and only before printing begins. Once the item has been printed or shipped, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted.
3. Returns and exchanges accepted
Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- defective item
- Incorrect item (wrong size, color or model)
- Item damaged during transport
In these situations, EXODE will take care of sending a free replacement, without obligation to return the item in question, unless otherwise indicated.
4. Exchanges due to sizing issues
Exchanges due to sizing issues are only possible if the item is new, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items can be returned to our warehouses located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
5. Prolonged delivery delays
If an order exceeds the estimated delivery time and no tracking updates are available for more than 21 days, a free replacement may be offered. Orders older than 90 days will be automatically closed unless you contact our customer service department beforehand.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an accepted return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Partial refunds may be applied if the item does not meet the return conditions. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Application Procedure
All requests for returns, exchanges, or assistance must be sent to the following address: contact@exode-shop.com. Please include your order number, the name of the item in question, and the reason for your request. Our customer service team is available to answer any questions you may have regarding your order or this policy.
